The Second Life of Macbeth

You may already be a resident of Second Life®, the popular 3D online virtual world. If not, you can register free of charge at www.secondlife.com and create your own virtual ‘mini-you’, called an avatar, so that you can explore this fascinating place built by its residents. You can build, buy and sell things there too.

When you enter Second Life®, look out for an avatar called Cameron Czaczke – one of the creators of the King Macbeth project – or even talk directly to Macbeth Aeon and join us as we explore the virtual world of Macbeth. There will be the opportunity to learn more and share this with other people who also have an interest in the life and times of Macbeth, and in the future perhaps take part in competitions (and win prizes!).

Our unique exhibition is completely free and you are welcome to visit 24 hours a day. Macbeth himself is there regularly and will host special events from time to time.
